Terms and Conditions
By visiting Needleandhookcrafts.com and/or purchasing from us, you are engaging in our services and are bound by the following terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You are agreeing not to reproduce, copy, sell any patterns or kits as your own work.
Delivery & Returns
Orders are posted using Royal Mail or Evri, unless collection has been agreed at checkout. Orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes or packstations. Please allow 10 working days from payment date for your order to arrive.
You have a right to request a refund or exchange within 14 days of you receiving your order. The items to be returned must be in the original packaging, not opened and labels not removed, broken or tampered with.
Discounted items and downloadable PDF patterns are non refundable.
If returning a faulty item a full refund will be given including the cost of Royal Mail first class postage. Signed for or registered will be at your cost.
Once your parcel has been received by Needle and Hook Crafts you will receive an email notification. You will receive your refund in full, paid directly into your bank account within 7 working days.
To request a refund or exchange please email admin@needleandhookcrafts.com giving details for the request within 14 days of receiving your order.
Workshops
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Needle and Hook Crafts reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop. If this happens you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
